Virginia Department of Health, Tobacco Use Control Project This agency implements secondhand smoke prevention, adult cessation and youth-related activities through a network of local coalitions and statewide partner organizations. Virginia Tobacco Settlement Foundation This agency is part of the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth and provides grants to community organizations for activities aimed at reducing youth tobacco use, both prevention and cessation activities (a list of approved programs is included).
