"Not On Tobacco" Youth Cessation Program

"Not-On-Tobacco" (N-O-T) is a teen smoking cessation program developed by the American Lung Association and available to schools and community centers.  This 10 session program uses various teaching methods to aid in the quitting process for teens.  It is provided by trained facilitators at numerous locations in Virginia.  To find out if there is a N-O-T program in your area, call your local American Lung Association of Virginia office: 1-800-LUNG USA or contact Britney Walton at the Richmond office: (804) 267-1900, Email bwalton@lungva.org.
