"Not-On-Tobacco" (N-O-T) is a teen smoking cessation program developed by the American Lung Association and available to schools and community centers. This 10 session program uses various teaching methods to aid in the quitting process for teens. It is provided by trained facilitators at numerous locations in Virginia.
