Program Description:
This hospital has two nurses who are instructors for the American Cancer Society's "FreshStart" program and one person who is a "Smokeless" program instructor.  The nurses do individualized counseling for hospital inpatients and also outpatient counseling when requested.  There is no fee for these counseling services.  The cessation programs are held at least twice a year (depending on demand & participation) and are either free or at a very small charge.

Face-to-face counseling and group counseling.

Program site is wheelchair accessible and accessible by public transportation.  Services are available to cigarette, cigar and pipe smokers and smokeless tobacco users.
