Plan To Quit is a highly interactive smoking cessation workshop for groups in which colleagues support each other's decision to quit smoking/chewing. During 4-5 weekly sessions at the company worksite, participants learn skills essential to breaking free from tobacco dependence: coping with cravings, recognizing triggers, discovering alternatives to smoking/chewing, gaining support and preventing relapse. Working in a group with Dr. Hazelip strengthens their confidence and supports their conviction that they can live without tobacco. Since the company sponsors the program, there is no charge to the individual participant.
