Program Description:
Hospital-based smoking cessation counseling services are available for a fee (see below).  Please call Donna Fitzwater, contact person, for details.

Program Services:
Individual counseling, group counseling, inpatient services, relapse prevention (for recent quitters) and subsidized use of medication (free or low-cost access to nicotine replacement or Zyban).  There is a fee for services (fees are reimbursable by Community Health insurance).

Program site is wheelchair accessible and accessible by public transportation.  Program fees are reimbursable by insurance (Community Health, a local insurance).  Services are available to cigarette, cigar and pipe smokers and smokeless tobacco users.
