Program Description:
Six 2-hour sessions (one per week for 6 weeks) are offered by this community health center.  The program consists of behavior modification, reinforcement of positive behavior (not smoking) and uses materials produced by the American Lung Association, American Cancer Society, National Cancer Institute, etc.  Pulmonary Function Testing is available onsite and the program is coordinated by a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Program Services:
Face-to-face counseling, group counseling, supervised medication support (nicotine replacement or Zyban) and subsidized use of medication (free or low-cost access to medication).

Program site is wheelchair accessible.
