Program Description:
This private practice program consists of four one-hour sessions and is provided by Goldye P. Donner, LCSW, a certified hypnotherapist.  It incorporates "QuitSmart" program techniques & resources, hypnotherapy & teaching self-hypnosis techniques, behavioral management techniques, Neurolinguistic Programming and an individualized audiotape.  Clients are referred for medication or nicotine replacement as needed.

Program Services:
Face-to-face counseling, hypnosis with cognitive/behavioral counseling and relapse prevention (for recent quitters).

Program site is wheelchair accessible and accessible by public transportation.  Program fees are insurance reimbursable (client must seek reimbursement as applicable).  Services are provided to cigarette, cigar & pipe smokers and smokeless tobacco users.
