Program Description:
This is an eight week program, for 1 hour per week.  The cost is $200.00.  Behavioral program with an emphasis on physical activity and improved nutrition to prevent weight gain.

Program Services:
Face-to-face counseling and group counseling.

Program site is wheelchair accessible and accessible by public transportation.  Program fees may be reimbursable by insurance, depending on company.  Services available to cigarette, cigar and pipe smokers and smokeless tobacco users.
