4 sessions face to face with take home CD for reinforcement. Massage therapy for stress and detoxification also available as well as healing touch energy work.  Free 1/2 hour hypnosis consult.  Hypnosis provided without cognitive/behavioral counseling, hypnotherapist has been certified since 2002.
