Program Description: This hospital-based clinic is open to any adult referred by their Primary Care Provider.  It consists of an individual intake with a physician referral, 7 group sessions (held once a week), and aftercare support sessions for one year.  Also offering 4-week educational programs


Program Services: Face-to-face counseling, group counseling, supervised medication support (nicotine replacement or Zyban), and relapse prevention counseling (for recent quitters).

Program site is wheelchair accessible and accessible by public transportation.  Employer-based program fees may be reimbursable by insurance.
