Program Description: Weekly groups open to community members in all stages of quitting. With the support of others who understand what you are experiencing, you will be more likely to stick to new behaviors and stay smoke-free. Information is provided on getting through cravings, using nicotine replacement and other withdrawal aids, preparing for your quit date, and avoiding relapse. Join us as often or as little as you need to in order to remain smoke-free for life. Those who use tobacco of any type are encouraged to attend.
Groups are facilitated by a Tobacco Treatment Specialist and held on a lower level of hospital. Program is wheelchair accessible and on public transportation routes. FREE
