"Thinkin' About Quittin" Program

Program Description: A private session, with follow-up as needed. Thinkin' About Quittin' provides the groundwork for a successful stop smoking campaign. Smoking cessation aids will be discussed as well as the steps you will need to take in order to become a nonsmoker. Steps/suggestions will be individualized, based upon your personal experience and motivation to stop. There is no fee for this service.
Program Services: Face-to-face counseling, inpatient services and relapse prevention counseling (for recent quitters). Services can be provided to teens/youth as needed.
The program is wheelchair accessible and accessible by public transportation. Services are provided to cigarette, cigar & pipe smokers and users of smokeless tobacco.
